Crisis Rebirth and Evolution of the Inner Child.
These are the components of creation. Interconnected by the flow of spirit, nature, and life itself.
All are separate functions, yet are forever attached to each other. Helping each to become real.
Moments of crisis are always a signal that rebirth is at hand. For it is through the experience of pain, complication, and angst that we find our way to rebirth - and truth.
Through crisis old stereotypes are challenged, flaws are exposed, and as this truth is realized we witness the old way of thinking fade from our reality to be replaced by ideas that represent something new. Providing a reminder that in the end, truth prevails.
This process of crisis and rebirth leading to evolution and truth is reflected in my work.
From the background treatments used in my installation, which symbolize the chaos related to moments of crisis in life. Where the major elements are bold, complex, and mismatched to further underscore the cacophony that is chaos. To the utilization of rough textures to reflect the hard emotional situations that often permeate our world. Provides the environment out of which rises the embryonic sculptures that represent new life, new ideas, and the soaring potential of a new vision and a new world.
